Building Wealth Managers, One Skill at a Time

A 2-month foundation classroom capital markets, then practitioner-led orientation that gates entry into a 3-month mentored floor internship. No shortcuts, no filler weeks.

The Program

Two months, built to earn a seat on the floor.

Month 1 lays the market foundations in the classroom. Month 2 hands trainees to real practitioners. Both months gate into the internship nobody advances on attendance alone.

Weeks, total

One new capability gained per week, in sequence

Graded deliverables

Practical assessments after every week

Program gates to pass

Only genuinely ready trainees advance to the internship

M1 · WEEKS 1–4

Basic-to-advanced classroom learning covering how capital markets function, with sustained, in-depth focus on mutual funds the product an RM sells and explains most often. Closes with a certification exam trainees must pass to continue.

M2 · WEEKS 5–8

A month handed over to practitioners. Each session is run by an expert from that specific domain risk, compliance, back office, communication so trainees hear how the function actually works, not how a textbook describes it.

The 8-Week Path

One capability gained per week, in order.

Every week is a link in the same chain market structure feeds into mutual funds, mechanics feed into regulation, risk profiling feeds into onboarding. Nothing is taught out of sequence.

About the Program

What is the Wealth Manager Program?

A KompassiQ Club training program that prepares candidates to become Relationship Managers (RMs) combining classroom capital-markets foundations with practitioner-led orientation in risk, compliance, operations and client communication.

No. The course builds capital-markets knowledge from the ground up starting with market structure and basics before moving into mutual funds, investment mechanics and regulation.

How capital markets work; mutual fund analysis (NAV, TER, CAGR, Alpha, Beta, Sharpe); SIP/STP/SWP mechanics and taxation; SEBI/AMFI regulation; risk profiling; KYC/AML compliance; back-office operations; and client communication practical RM skills, not just theory.

In-house capital markets faculty lead the foundational months; working practitioners from risk advisory, compliance, back office and communication lead the orientation months so you learn from people doing the job.

Each stage gates the next the certification exam confirms you’re ready for practitioner orientation, and the panel review confirms you’re ready for the internship, so progress reflects genuine readiness rather than a formality.

Career & Job Opportunity

What happens after I complete the program?

Trainees who clear the readiness assessment move into a floor internship, working directly under a mentor RM with a confirmed desk assignment.

No this is a paid training and assessment program, not a guaranteed job offer. Completion earns internship placement; an actual RM role depends on meeting published performance and employment criteria afterward.

Successful participants may be considered for RM roles at an indicative salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, subject to performance and employment criteria.

Working market knowledge you can explain (not just recall), real cross-functional orientation across risk, compliance and operations, and an assessed readiness score confirming you’re prepared for a live client-facing role.

A career-focused learning experience designed to prepare you for success in wealth management and client relationship roles.
